My name is Hadassah, a mother of four little children in Jerusalem. My heart is breaking for reasons I never imagined. I am currently fighting a serious illness that has stolen my strength and turned our world upside down. While I should be the one caring for my family, I am forced to watch as my husband, Yehuda, struggles to manage our home and our four young children alone. The weight of my medical treatments has created a financial shadow that our family of six cannot escape.
We are now three months behind on rent and facing imminent eviction. It is a terrifying reality to look at my childrenโs faces and realize I may not be able to provide them the security of a roof over their heads while I am fighting for my own life. We have reached a breaking point where the security of our home is at stake, and navigating this storm without outside support has become impossible. The thought of my children being forced onto the street because of my illness is a pain I cannot describe.
I am reaching out to you to provide the stability my children need and the medical care I require to keep fighting for them.
